Nature Poem from jon obsworth on Vimeo.
A big congrats to the winner of our Poems In Motion winner, Jon Obsworth. He created "Nature," using the poem "Two Butterflies Went Out at Noon" by Emily Dickinson as his inspiration.
Poems In Motion was a QuietMan-sponsored contest launched in April, which asked the artistic community to submit animations based on a poem.
To watch contestants' submissions, go to Poems In Motion.
The moment we've all been waiting for! Judging for Poems in Motion begins today and runs until May 23rd at 5 pm EST.
All of the eligible submissions appear in the group's video page.
Votes are limited to one per person, and you may only vote for one video.
To vote, click the heart-shaped 'Like' button on the right-hand part of the video.
We're looking forward to seeing who wins! Post to our Facebook page if you have questions!

Our own Ricky Weissman created 'Thorn' for Poems in Motion. New submissions from talented artists have been added to the Poems in Motion page-- check 'em out!
We've tweaked the rules to the contest: submissions can now be based on the QuietMan-recommended line of poetry: "Does the sun miss the flower as much as the flower misses the sun?" or a poem of your choice.
May 16th will now be the last day to upload your animations to Poems in Motion. Public Judging will begin May 17th and run until May 23rd at 5pm EST.
Winner gets an iPad 2!
